We charge Rs.50 on every order below Rs. 2000 and free shipping on every order above Rs. 2000.

We ensure your orders are dispatched within a few hours of order (before 10 am on working days) to up to two working days. And it will take 4-7 working days to deliver.

You should have received an email/SMS/WhatsApp message from us with instructions on how to track your order after it shipped. These contain a tracking link that will direct you to your order status.


Usually, we don’t initiate or support any return, exchange or refund on the delivered products until and unless in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received.

We can only accept products that have not been opened and the package seal is still in place.

Return policy does not apply to gifts, samples or promotional items.

We will process your request within 3 working days of receiving your product at our end. The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded into your BeautyRx account.

If your order status shows as ‘Delivered’ and you haven’t received your order yet, contact us immediately at our customer care. We will contact our third-party courier partners for proof of delivery and if the package has been signed and received by you, we will not be resending any package and will not be responsible for the same.
